Product Description The Meditub 30x53 is a beautifully constructed walk in tub that will fit into any US standard 60-Inch tub opening. This walk in tub is available with a right or left inward swinging door and is constructed from heavy duty reinforced fiberglass with a gel coat finish. It’s equipped with an ADA Compliant 17-Inch contoured seat providing ultimate comfort. This 30x53 walk in tub includes adjustable feet for easy installation and leveling. Deluxe Hydro Massage System includes a one horse power pump with directional water jets. The whirlpool massage system includes (6) 360-Degree color matched, directional and adjustable water jets. Each individual water jet is also fully adjustable as far as pressure or velocity of water also included is a inline heater which maintains a consistent water temperature, rated at 15-Amp 125-Volt AC, 1 Nema Plug. Air Switch finger tip touch controls make adjusting water flow and jet options as easy as touching a button. The Autodrain technology allows bathers to quickly drain the bathtub water. Unlike a traditional draining system, which usually takes 4-6 minutes to dispose of the water, the enhanced drainage system permits users to empty and exit the tub much sooner by draining the water in less than 60 seconds. The maximum water capacity is 68-Gallon. A 7-Inch extension kit is included with this unit. The extension kit is a set of panels included to extend the bathtub if necessary to fit a standard 60-Inch tub stall. The panel installs quickly and eliminates the gap between the bathtub and wall. The tub includes access panels which are conveniently located on the entrance side, allowing users and installers to easily access the unit's electrical and plumbing connections. Access panels are attached to walk-in unit's frames by magnets, enabling fast and easy placement. Upon installation the tub requires a dedicated 20-Amp circuits on GFI.
